This presentation will cover core concepts in Generative AI and focus on their application the HR Domain. It explores how generative AI is transforming HR, covering practical applications in recruitment, training & development, and performance management. It emphasizes ethical concerns like bias and data privacy, while encouraging HR professionals to adopt AI responsibly. 

Learning Objectives

1. Understand key concepts of generative AI – Gain a foundational knowledge of AI technologies such as large language models (LLMs), machine learning, and natural language processing.

2. Identify practical applications of generative AI in HR – Learn how AI can streamline processes like recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement.

3. Recognize the ethical implications of AI in HR – Understand key issues such as bias, data privacy, and intellectual property concerns related to AI adoption. 4. Develop strategies for implementing generative AI in HR – Learn actionable steps for effectively integrating AI tools into HR workflows.

 About the Speaker

Tom brings over 20 years of diverse HR experience, ranging from Program Management to leading HR operations for Lucent Technologies across the Middle East and Africa. In 2007, he established himself as an independent consultant, partnering with Fortune 500 companies like Barclays, Chewy.com, Dow Jones, and S&P Global, as well as academic institutions such as New York University and Montclair State University. Tom’s deep expertise in HR, combined with his ability to effectively leverage and demystify technology, has been central to his success. His ability to align technological solutions with human capital strategies has consistently driven results for his clients.
