Chapter Outreach Guidelines
The Lehigh Valley Chapter is solicited regularly by both members and non-members desiring to “reach out” to our Chapter members. For consistency purposes, the following guidelines have been written.
USE OF EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS
Email sent from the Lehigh Valley Chapter is to be used only for:
- SHRM National, State, and Chapter events and programs
- Established partnership communications (i.e. Workforce Investment Board, salary survey partnership, etc.)
- Emergency Notifications

Web page information other than that which is established by the web page itself shall be limited to:
- SHRM National, State, and Chapter events and programs

EXHIBITORS/EVENT SPONSORSHIPS
From time to time, the Lehigh Valley Chapter offers opportunities for both members and non-members to sponsor and/or exhibit at one of the Lehigh Valley Chapter events. The guidelines to sponsor and/or exhibit at these events will be given for each specific event.
NOTE: THESE GUIDELINES ARE NOT TO BE CONSIDERED A CONTRACT. THE LEHIGH VALLEY CHAPTER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MAKE CHANGES TO THESE GUIDELINES AND OTHER STATEMENTS.
